Cardinal Hayes High School standout Tobe Awaka’s collegiate team won game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Thursday, March 21

On Thursday, March 21, former Cardinal Hayes High School standout Tobe Awaka’s current collegiate team the Tennessee Volunteers won 83-49 against the Saint Peter's Peacocks in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Charlotte, North Carolina, this was the first game against the Saint Peter's Peacocks during the championship.

The Tennessee Volunteers’ next game will take place on Saturday, March 23 at 7 p.m. in Charlotte, North Carolina against Texas Longhorns.
