Benedictine University announces Redhawks Take Series From Park-Gilbert
MESA, Ariz. – The Benedictine University Mesa baseball team took both games from the Park-Gilbert Buccaneers on Saturday afternoon to take the series, 2-1. Game one went to the Redhawks, 7-2, while game two went, 6-1. The Redhawks improve to 37-9 overall and 18-2 in Cal Pac play.
Josh Hernandez, Anthony Sortino, and Orlando Lorduy all went 4-for-8 on the day. The three combined for seven RBI and eight runs scored. Dylan Bangs and Kevin Fitzgerald both added two hits each.
UP NEXT
The Redhawks will travel to Southern California to makeup a game against La Sierra University and a series against Westcliff University.
