Benedictine University announces Redhawks Place Second at Cal Pac Championship

BOULDER CITY, Nev. – The Benedictine University Mesa men's golf team placed second at the Cal Pac Championship Tournament out of six teams. The Redhawks shot just 50-over and just 17 behind ERAU, the defending Cal Pac champions.
 
Sebastian Carranza placed third overall shooting 9-over and only four behind first place. Tony Mike Bonadonna and Joe Kelly tied for 6th shooting thirteen.
 
Ignacio Garcia-Conda shot 26-over to place 20th overall in the field of 33.

The Redhawks will participate in the NAIA Golf National Tournament hosted at Las Sendas Golf Course in Mesa, Ariz. The tournament will take place on May 16-19.
