Apex Friendship High School standout Indya Nivar’s collegiate team won game in NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament on Friday, March 22

On Friday, March 22, former Apex Friendship High School standout Indya Nivar’s current collegiate team the North Carolina Tar Heels won 59-56 against the Michigan State Spartans in the NCAA Division I Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Columbia, South Carolina, this was the first game against the Michigan State Spartans during the championship.

The North Carolina Tar Heels’ next game will take place on Sunday, March 24 at 1 p.m. in Columbia, South Carolina against South Carolina Gamecocks.
