Anderson Thrower, former Hanahan High School softball player, will compete on the diamond for the NCAA D2 Softball Championship

Former Hanahan High School player and current Francis Marion Patriots outfielder, Anderson Thrower, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number three seed against the sixth seeded Columbus State Cougars.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
