"This meet was definitely a mentally tough one for everyone for many different reasons. I was excited to see the strenghth shown by everyone. Running in  a meet where it is SUPER cold, windy, and snowing on and off definitely isn't ideal at all, but they fought" said Head Coach Paris Vaughan. "We are still in what I have called our 'training part' of the season, and we will slowly hit our stride here in the next few weeks and we will see times drop, along with marks excelling in the field events !"

The Battlers will be at the Bethany College Invitational this weekend March 24-25th, with hammer throw being held at West Liberty University on Friday.
