Albany State University Golden Rams Defeat Hurricanes in Extra Innings

The Albany State Golden Rams defeated the Georgia Southwestern University Hurricanes (4-3) in dramatic fashion on Tuesday evening at the ASU West Campus Baseball Complex.  The Golden Rams improved to (27-8) overall while the Hurricanes are now (23-16) overall.

In the bottom of the 11th inning, Jonathan Logsdon hit a single to right field to score Austin Roberts for the walk off win for the Golden Rams.  With the win, the Golden Rams and Hurricanes split the season 2-game series.

Reigning player of the week, Luke Addison, hit a home run in the bottom of the 4th inning.

Jonathan Logsdon, Luke Addison and Austin Roberts paced the Golden Rams with 2 hits each.

Lead off batter, Lavoisier Fisher, led the Golden Rams with 2 RBIs.
