Alabama State University announces Diez Dorta Posts 10 Finish at PGA Works Collegiate Championships

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. Teresa Diez Dorta shot a two-over, 74 in the final round to finish 10th at the PGA Works Collegiate Championship at Bent Brook Golf Course on Wednesday.
 
Dorta penciled an 82 in the opening round before rebounding with a 77 in round two before closing with a 233 for the 54-holes.
 
Teammate Thayika Kittiyanaruewat finished tied for 16th with Emily Li (British Columbia) and Sritha Vemuri (Georgia State). Kittiyanaruewat  shooting a 242 over the three rounds.
 
The PGA Works Collegiate Championship wraps up the 2022-23 season for the Lady Hornets.
