Adelphi University announces Gloomy Forecast Moves Up Weekend Baseball & Softball Games

Garden City, N.Y. - With rain in the forecast for the entire weekend, the Adelphi University baseball and softball teams have announced the following changes to their upcoming schedules.

Instead of playing a four-game series over the weekend, the Adelphi baseball team will travel to Le Moyne tomorrow, with the expectation of playing a pair of games on Thursday (Apr. 27) and Friday (Apr. 28) at 12 noon.

Meanwhile, the now-No. 14 ranked Adelphi softball team will move up Saturday's doubleheader against the College of Saint Rose to Thursday at 2 p.m.

For those attending Senior Day, the festivities will take place prior to Friday's 12 noon start versus Le Moyne.
