Illinois College announces Jack McGuire Named MWC Pitcher of the Week

GRINNELL, Iowa- The Midwest Conference (MWC) has announced its weekly award recipients for the sport of baseball. Jack McGuire has been named MWC Pitcher of the Week.

McGuire had an incredible performance for IC in their win against Knox College. He pitched 6.2 innings recording 11 strikeouts while only allowing two earned runs.

The Blueboys will wrap up their regular season this weekend on the road against Beloit on Saturday, 5/6 at 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM and Sunday, 5/7 at 12:00 PM.
