ARKADELPHIA, Ark. — After turning in a terrific fifth and final season to wrap up his Henderson State career, Reddie outfielder Greyson Stevens was named to the 2023 D2CCA All-Central Region Second Team.
Stevens, from Pottsville, Arkansas, rewrote the Henderson record book this spring as he became the Reddies' all-time leader in career hits (264), home runs (35), RBIs (175), doubles (60) and games played (204). A First Team All-GAC selection, Stevens started all 55 games for HSU in 2023 and hit .335 with 77 hits, 22 doubles, 10 home runs and 39 RBIs.
In addition to his success on the field, Stevens has been a model citizen in the classroom and community during his time in Arkadelphia. He is a 2022 CoSIDA First Team Academic All-American, a three-time GAC Elite Scholar-Athlete, and a 2023 Academic All-District honoree.
