Former Newbury Park High School standout Joie Steinkamp’s collegiate team to play for NCAA D2 Softball Championship starting Thursday, May 9

Former Newbury Park High School player and current Cal State Dominguez Hills Toros pitcher, Joie Steinkamp, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number six seed against the third seeded Concordia Irvine Golden Eagles.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
